On October 24th, over 200 children of all ages learned about the Diwali Festival and made lanterns, paper elephants, decorated clay pots, found out how to wear a saree and apply henna. Thanks to the many wonderful volunteers, the event was very popular and everyone went home with decorations for the Holiday.
Thanks to Drs. Radhakrishnan and Santhanam of Childrens Preferred Care for funding the workshops.
